So, ok. I want this blog to be about my life. Like an active memoir of sorts. Hmm...a little about me: I am 22 and a senior at EKU (Eastern Kentucky University). I am currently single. I live in an apartment with my roommate, LH. Anyway, moving on to more interesting things.
Tomorrow I start my new job at Arlington Association. It is a golf course/country club type deal. I'll be a waitress in their dining room. I really hope that I can keep this job. I have lost three jobs (due to layoffs) since July. Three! Hopefully this one will stick. I have to wear a bowtie.
I have being talking to this guy, JR. He is my bestfriend's (LM) boyfriend's (TW) friend. JR and TW went to high school together. JR was actually TW's older brother's best friend for a while. He lives three and a half hours away near West Virginia. Me, LM, and TW are going to JR's sister's wedding on October 18. I am so excited. It will be actually be the first time that I will meet JR. We've only been talking on the phone and through MySpace since August.
LM and I have been best friends since the first day of college. We both started Berea College in January 2005 (before I transferred to EKU). She introduced me to my now ex-fiance, W. W and I dated for two and a half years until he left me for an 18 year old--K--in January of this year. He married her in July and they are expecting a child in December.
I suppose I will elaborate more later.
